Acme Solar Signs 300 MW PPA With SECI

Independent power producer Acme Solar announced on May 26, 2026 that it has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for 300 MW/ 1200 MWh inter-state transmission system (ISTS) connected assured peak power capacity. The PPA was signed through its aubsidiary ACME Renewtech Sixth Private Limited.

Acme Solar will be utiliizing its existing night-time connectivity available at high irradiation zones to connect the firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project to ISTS substations.

Under the PPA, Acme Solar will suppoy 4 hours of assured peak power supply only during non-solar hours with minimum annual availability requirement of 85%.
