AmpereHour Energy To Implement Organo’s Net-Zero Community Vision
AmpereHour Energy, a full-stack energy storage solutions provider, has partnered with Hyderabad-based Organo Eco Habitats in implementing a centralized battery energy storage system (BESS) at its Organo Antharam farm villas, making it India’s first residential community to do so.
Inspired by Indian villages, Organo Antharam blends modern comforst with rural charms, a concept that the company calls rurban living. It is designed as a net-zero energy community with minimal dependence on conventional energy systems. AmepreHour will integrate its BESS to the community’s 500KVA/608kWh energy installation that powers it. It will store the energy generated from the solar installation, the electrical grid and the battery storage.
Commenting on the project, Ayush Misra, Co-Founder & CEO of AmpereHour Energy, said, “The project sets a national benchmark”. He added that “The system is not just a backup solution, but a complete energy strategy that redefines how residential communities can achieve clean and reliable power.”
Organo’s Head of Sustainability & Business Development, Rakesh Koti added, “At Organo, sustainability is approached as a systems decision, from land and water to energy and built form. Energy was one of the most critical levers in making our communities truly sustainable, and AmpereHour Energy has helped us build the infrastructure to support that transition with greater reliability and long-term efficiency.”
