Serentica Renewables Achieves 1 Million Safe Man-Hours

Independent power producer Serentica Renewables announced on April 21, 2026 that it has reached a milestone of 1 million safe man-hours with zero loss time injury across their solar and wind installations in Karnataka and Rajasthan.

Serentica said in a statement on LinkedIn that the milestone stood on the strength of Serentica’s workforce discipline, awareness and collective ownership of safety.

Zero loss time injury means that there are no work-related injuries during a specific time-period that caused an employee to miss a day’s work.

Serentica Renewables has an operational renewable energy capacity of 1.6 GW, with a further 5.2 GW under construction as of November 2025. Its portfolio comprises of 4.5 GW in solar capacity and 2.3 GW of wind capacity to be installed in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Rajasthan.
